CowParade West Hartford 2007

CowParade returns to its hometown of West Hartford, Connecticut, USA in September 2007 featuring new cows, artists, sponsors and benefiting non-profit organizations.

The event benefits Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters and Make-A-Wish (Connecticut Chapter), along with the West Hartford Town Library Foundation.
